Sorry for the late post. This morning we were told that we give Rachel too much sugar (we give her Cheerios) and that as a result she has a rash on her hands. The rash is on the palms of her hands. It is large raised macular bumps. I'm not sure what it is. I am suspecting scabies but haven't heard of any one else's child having it from here. I will continue to monitor it for now. So, needless to say, she was pretty upset to not get a snack from us. She kept looking through the back pack and was getting very frustrated to find nothing. She found an empty granola wrapper from a previous visit and started licking it. Needless to say, I came back to our room after the visit and cried. We had our visit with her without a translator. She ended up throwing a fit over having to share the Xylephone with her brother and we were able to deal with it our own way. I think she was shocked that we pretended that she was invisible and I wish I had it on tape. It was pretty funny. After about 10 minutes. She was back on our laps and had accepted the fact that the Xylephone was off limits for the day. I can't wait until that happens in the grocery store. We tried some new clothes on her again and left her in a new outfit. I was saving her clothes for when we take custody but I can't stand it anymore, so we will just buy more. As for Todd he was his usual happy self. Both are doing wonderful.
