Uneventful day. I suspect there will be a few more of those. I will try to start posting some pictures of the city, etc to keep things interesting. Did a little shopping today. Nothing big. Mostly just food for the room. I did find some little Kazak flags that I bought for the kids. It has warmed up a lot. It makes walking a little nicer as far as temperature goes but things are so messy. Very, very muddy. Water standing everywhere. The drainage is very poor here. By the end of this trip all of the pants that I brought will be ruined due to the mud. That's OK because by the time this trip is over I will be ready to burn these clothes that I have worn over and over.
I had a nice visit with the kids. I took a new outfit to try on Todd. Rachel was a little bit disappointed at first because I didn't have one for her. But she ended up being a good sport and helped me dress him by handing me each item as I needed it. It was really cute. When I went to pick up Todd for his visit today he was on the pot--------literally they had him sitting on a pot that I would use to cook pasta in. They do this with all if the infants and toddlers. I was hoping that since I am providing disposable diapers for him that perhaps they would spare him. But he didn't seem to mind. He was smiling and laughing as usual. I'm wondering what his response will be at home when I am putting away the pots and pans.
