The Kelseys are Indiana Bound !
Rachel & Todd getting ready to be Hoosiers by learning to eat corn on the cob!
As you can see we have been blessed. The kids continue to thrive. In May, less than 5 months post placement we had the kids evaluated by a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist. The evaluation was completed in English and they were both determined to be developmentally on track in all areas.
For those of you considering International Toddler Adoption the language barrier is really such a small issue.
Todd is now 23 months and putting 3 to 4 words together "Moore food Mama Pease" Maybe you can tell from the pictures the boy loves to eat. He now weighs 30 lbs and Rachel at 15 months his senior weighs in at 31.
Our family is making plans to leave the Northeast and go back to our roots in Indiana. We were home at the end of the month to look at real estate. The kids love their cousins, aunts and uncles and grandparents and we are so excited for them to have a life that includes extended family. Nearly every morning Rachel says to me, "Mama, Yachel get on pane up in sky and go see cuzin Angewa". Todd on the other hand idolizes his cousin Tommy and walks around the house saying " Ommy? Ommy?".
